Your Product Development Partner

Our research and development team develop precisely engineered liquids for a range of personal care products, from skincare and haircare to body care. Notably, we specialize in hair care products, including pomades, oils, shampoos, conditioners, and other styling treatments.

Liquid Compounding: All products are manufactured and tested to ensure the highest quality. Our experienced team compounds personal care products according to cGMP standards. We test all chemicals prior to blending to ensure consistency and quality, and finished products go through micro testing prior to leaving our facility. With a wide range of tank sizes, our Contract Manufacturing capabilities include batches as large as 6000 gallons. To ensure purity and quality in all products, we use purified water from our in-house reverse osmosis water purification system.
Liquid Filling: All of our formulas undergo compatibility, stability and toxicological assessments to ensure safe, stable, and compliant products. Our products are never tested on animals and align with international standards. Some of our product formats include:

Whatever your packaging needs may be, we can fill it. Our capabilities include both hot and cold fills. We operate 26 lines that have filling ranges of single-serve pouches, 1/8oz vials, jars, bottles, tubes, jugs, aerosol and bulk. Production capability for liquids, creams, and gels is up to 22,000 pieces and 5,000-20,000 per shift for hot fill. We also offer tube filling utilizing hot air sealers.
